Tacky? Of course. Gaudy? Yup. Creative and fun – absolutely! You gotta love the wild entry hall of backlit green onyx on this Italian yacht. There is a matching backlit onyx credenza separating the salon area from the dining area, natch. Note the very different light fixture over thew dining table, and what might be a silver-leaf coffee table in the salon?
But the killer space on this yacht is the Master Stateroom. I mean, how cool is it to have the bedspread match the carpeted ceiling! And the wall behind the masted bed is crazy too. That stateroom is really fun.
My style? No. but I admire the extravagant effort to make the interior of this yacht different, personal and fun.
